AN APPEALING FLOOR PLAN FOR SELLING A PROPERTY

A floor plan is defined as a depiction of rooms – a drawing showing the rooms of an apartment or a house.

PAY ATTENTION TO THE QUALITY OF FLOOR PLANS

A clear, coloured floor plan belongs in a detailed exposé just as much as attractive, well-staged photos. When selling a property it is important that prospective buyers receive as much information as possible. Before the viewing, it helps if they are informed as fully as possible about the layout and room distribution of the property.

An apartment plan should include the area calculation and ideally provide information on the individual rooms. This allows prospective buyers to check in advance whether all their furniture will fit. A plan with comprehensive information helps them decide whether, for example, the beloved, expensive living-room sofa and the large, tall bedroom wardrobe will fit into the new rooms at all. With this comprehensive information, unnecessary viewings can be reduced.

HIGH-QUALITY 3D FLOOR PLANS

As the floor plan is part of the exposé, its quality is of great importance, because not all floor plans are equal. A functional black-and-white floor plan, possibly in illegible photocopy quality, is not the answer. The aim is an appealing, attractive floor plan that invites people to a viewing and shows the property in the best light.

As a tip, we recommend coloured floor plans in warm tones that convey a touch of comfort. Scheele Immobilienberatung has had very good experience with 3D floor plans furnished with attractive, realistic three-dimensional furniture.

Good estate agents always create professional floor plans for their clients. So that prospective buyers can get a comprehensive overview of the residential property, Scheele Immobilienberatung creates 3D floor plans as well as classic apartment plans showing the dimensions and the living-space calculation.
