"Especially for high-priced property sales in prime locations,
this service is increasingly preferred."
Lars Schmidt
(former Bundesliga professional and real estate agent)
Premium service for exceptional properties
Your property is exceptional and should find a new owner discreetly? Secret Sale is our premium service for exclusive properties in the Rhine-Main area. We offer your property only to selected and vetted prospects. Dispensing with public marketing underlines this exclusivity and enables us to achieve the highest possible purchase price or even a "collector's price". However, confidential marketing does not make sense for every property. In a personal meeting, we will be happy to discuss our exclusive service and the right marketing strategy for your property.
As a former professional footballer himself (KSC, Mainz 05, OFC) with over 400 Bundesliga matches and companions such as Jürgen Klopp, Oliver Kahn, Slaven Bilić, Mehmet Scholl, Thomas Häßler, Sandro Schwarz and many more, Lars Schmidt knows how much people in the public eye in particular prefer this service.
